Many people who come to PsyAsia requesting a particular training course actually do not require that specific course. Ultimately, they may need a different course, an alternative focus within a course or a change in some form of organizational practice rather than training! PsyAsia works with organizations to responsibly assess their training needs and then assists in the design of training events that ensure maximum learning and transfer. We design both traditional training and online training. Often this requires visits to the client organization to meet with employees and management to discover barriers and propellants of training transfer that may exist. Finally, we can assist in the scientific evaluation of our own or an organization's in-house designed training courses. Psychologists study human learning and motivation and as such as we incorporate these principles into our training programs and show our clients how to do the same thing.
