| How will I purchase this service and be able to use it? | |
| Simply contact us with details of your work. We'll tell you how long it will take us and provide you with a link to pre-purchase credits for our time. Once we receive your payment we'll provide you with a confirmed completion date. Fees are only valid for pre-payment for expressConsult and we charge in 15 minute intervals up to a maximum of 2 hours. You have the option of receiving telephone or email consultancy. Face-to-face consultancy does not qualify for the special expressCONSULT rates. |

| If I want to purchase a combination of call-in and e-mail service for consultancy, will I have to pay separately? | |
| Credits are valid for both services, so you only need to pay once. Your credits are consumed in 15 minute intervals. |

| In which currency can I pay for the services from expressCONSULT? | |
| Payments are quoted and processed in USD but charged to your card in your local currency. |

| In which regions can expressCONSULT offer its services? | |
| This is the actual charm of this service; there is no limitation in terms of geographic location for this service. Being anywhere in the world you can have the privilege to consult PsyAsia International’s Psychologists through expressCONSULT. Just contact us with details of your project. We'll give you a time estimate and send you an online invoice for payment. Clients should be aware of the time difference if there is any. We are in time zone GMT+8 and our working hours are from 0900 to 1800. We can make arrangements to call you outside of these hours at our discretion. |

| Why do I have to pay for using expressCONSULT? | |
| For some considerable length of time, PsyAsia's consultants have been happy to reply to queries sent in by clients and have done so without charge. We now receive around 20 of these types of queries per day and if we respond to them all properly, this amounts to at least 3 hours of our time per day. As we have grown and taken on more clients we simply cannot continue to offer free consultancy services. However, in setting the fee we have been careful to offer excellent value and to reflect the fact that we would like to be able to continue to be the on-call expert and service provider of choice for our valued clients. |

| Why do I need expressCONSULT? | |
| expressCONSULT consultants are real organisational psychologists who can answer your quick queries on any aspect of psychology or human resource management at work. Many clients (even those who have been in the HR field for quite some time) ask us if aspects of their HR system conform to best practice etc. We are glad to help and our fees represent excellent value for brief consulting work. |

| Will I be calling expressCONSULT or would they be contacting me by telephone? | |
| The organisational psychologist will set aside a designated period of time to respond to your request by telephone if you select this option rather than the email service. The time periods are in 15 minute intervals and you can purchase a maximum of 2 hours of calling time. Similar to the email service, once the client’s request is received and processed, we will send a confirmation email to the client with 3 proposed calling times as well as an expressCONSULT™ ID. The client can choose one calling time among the three. Our psychologist will then confirm the time with the client and send them a number to call (in either Hong Kong or Singapore). As our psychologist will reserve the appointed time for the client, they should call on time or penalties may apply. |
