What is British Psychological Society (BPS) Level 2 Test User Qualification (RQTU: Level 2)?

BPS Level 2 draws on the BPS Level 1 component and covers the competent use of ability and personality measures in occupational settings. The course is for those who will be using ability and personality tests independently (without supervision). Delegates are taught how to choose the right test, interpret test results, make decisions based on test results and how to feedback to managers, clients, decision-makers and candidates.

Delegates may choose to undertake the whole of Level 2 in one go or to take each part separately. It is far more economical to do the former!  The two parts are:

-BPS Level 2 Ability Test User
-BPS Level 2 Personality Test User

Delegates need to undertake the one-day or online BPS Level 1 Assistant Test User Qualification before undergoing training for BPS Level 2. However, you may attend the Level 1 course the day before Level 2 commences and so complete the entire Level 1 & 2 course in 5-6 consecutive working days (depending on location) and that is what 99% of our delegates do.

PsyAsia International offers training from a resident Doctor of Psychology with expertise in psychometric assessment in Asia.  Our BPS Level 2 training runs in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia on a public basis and in other parts of Asia as an in-house course. PsyAsia was the first company in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia to offer regular public training leading to the previous BPS Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing and now the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU). We are the only company to offer training from a resident doctoral-level facilitator, thus combining world-class training with knowledge of local laws, customs and test use.
