Best Practice Guidelines for Psychometric Assessment

Introduction
PsyAsia International is concerned to ensure that best practice is followed in the use of psychological tests and other forms of workplace assessment and development throughout Asia. To this end, we have pleasure in making available the following professional guidelines. They are from the British Psychological Society. A number of societies in Asia also publish similar guidelines, but they do not make these available electronically.
