and tailored to the needs of the client. Where necessary,
we will conduct a Training Needs Analysis prior to deciding
upon which course(s) may be appropriate for any given staff
development program. Visits to your organization may be
necessary, alongside meetings with members of staff and
management to help us understand your set-up and enable
us to ensure effective transfer of learning. We will also
subsequently evaluate the outcome of the training course.
