Assessment and Development Centre Course
provides delegates with a grounding
in the assessment centre methodology.
The final day is reserved for delegates
to design, manage, participate in and
assess within a full assessment centre.

in Asia are of one or two day's duration.
This might be attractive to busy people,
but certainly is unable to prepare you
for competent design and assessment
for assessment or development centres!

The interview is a common
tool for employee selection. However,
many interviewers have never been trained
and it has long been recognised that
there is little intra- and inter-rater
reliability (consistency) where traditional
non-structured interviews are utilised.
This one-day workshop (with an option
to increase to 2-days) provides busy
recruitment agency staff, selection
panels and line management with tools
for increasing the objectivity and standardisation
of interviews.

This one-day course
aims to provide experienced-based training
in an accessible and economical way.
The course is easy to understand and
yet covers many of the important issues
to be aware of when choosing and using
psychometric tests. Given our passion

is aimed at managers, supervisors and
those who are responsible for and conduct
performance appraisals. Delegates learn
how to devise the competency framework
for the appraisal based on a job analysis,
how to design appraisal forms and questions,
and how to avoid appraisals which are
ultimately meaningless due to endorsement
of middle responses. Effective appraisal
interviewing and feedback to appraisees
is also covered. We also offer a single

Test Administration Course provides
delegates with the ability to understand
and competently practice the administration
of ability and personality assessments
in organisational settings. The course
runs in a number of ways depending on

per year. It runs Live online about
4 times per year. We also offer a recorded
online version and live online one-to-one
