		Customer Aptitudes has been designed for customer interface roles in call centres, hospitality, leisure, health and education. Each test is shorter than the industry standard whilst offering robust reliability and validity data.

Assesses the ability to comprehend written information. The assessment contains a series of passages followed by questions which need to be answered based on the information presented.
